The oldest vocational high school in Massachusetts – and the region’s only agricultural school, Smith Vocational and Agricultural High School welcomes applications from candidates who hold a license or are eligible for licensure as a Superintendent/Director in Massachusetts.

 

Qualifications:

  • Certified or eligible for certification as a superintendent/director in Massachusetts.
  • Master’s degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years in education, including vocational administrative and teaching experience.
  • Familiarity with Massachusetts school governance laws.
  • Successful experience in school finance and business management.
  • Experience with school-based technology.
  • Interest in agriculture as a career technical program preferred.
  • Commitment to serving at-risk and special needs students.
