MISSION Of ASSOCIATION: To establish and maintain active state leadership and the promotion of all types of Vocational/Technical/Career Education, including guidance services and directed work experiences for youth and adults. To promote the importance of vocational education to the general public and its role in School to Career.

GOAL: Educate State and Federal legislators, to ensure that Vocational/Technical/Career Education meets the occupational needs of individuals and the job market.
