MISSION Of ASSOCIATION: To establish and maintain active state leadership and the promotion
of all types of Vocational/Technical/Career Education, including guidance services and directed work
experiences for youth and adults. To promote the importance of vocational education to the general public
and its role in career development.
GOAL: Educate State and Federal Legislators, and Public to ensure that Vocational/Technical/Career
Education meets the occupational needs of individuals and the job market.
