I am pleased to inform you that your grant application was reviewed and approved at the January 20, 2009 Eastern Chapter MVA Board Meeting. We are happy to fully fund your request for $200.00. We applaud your efforts to improve our environment through your campaign to positively impact the environment.
We look forward to hearing the results of your efforts and remind you of our commitment to the Grant Requirements.
Requirements of Grant Recipients:
All grant recipients are
required to:
1.
Provide a written
acknowledgement of funds to Eastern Chapter MVA upon completion of the project.
2.
Use the name of
the Eastern Chapter MVA on all copies of the product and on all publicity
announcements.
3.
Upon completion,
provide a typed overview of the project to the grants chair.
4.
Inclusion of the
statement “project funded in cooperation with the Eastern Chapter MVA” on all
project documents.
5.
Be available to
share project with teachers who find the material to be of value.
6.
Allow Eastern
Chapter MVA to acknowledge recipient’s in MVA publications.
