     The MVA will be hosting its 22nd Annual Golf Classic on Monday, June 28, 2010, at Pine Ridge Country Club in North Oxford, MA.

 

     In addition to the customary personal prizes and plaques, the MVA will continue the scholarship drive to assist deserving students.

 

     Players, teams, schools, local associations, and individual MVA members are encouraged to donate funds for this worthy cause.

 

This is a wonderful opportunity for you to add your name to the MVA Golf Classic Honorary Scholarship List.

Please consider the following:
  • Send $100.00 in your school’s name.
  • Send $100.00 in your team players’ names.
  • Send $100.00 in your chapter’s name.
  • Send an individual donation of any amount in your name.

 

     All participating golf teams will be eligible to compete for scholarship money.  The teams who win scholarship funds will be able to award this money to deserving students at their schools.

     The donated scholarship money will be awarded as follows:

 

1)      1st place school – 30%

2)      2nd place school – 20%

3)      3rd place school – 15%

4)      4th place school – 10%

5)      Lowest 4 person group on front nine – 10%

6)      Lowest 4 person group on back nine – 10%

7)      Closest person to pin on par 3 hole – 5%
